Sag Harbor, NY - September 6, 2014 - Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce Judy Carmichael with her show I Love Being Here with You on Friday, October 10.

Judy Carmichael and her quartet, on Friday, October 10, celebrate Judy’s first all-vocal CD I Love Being Here With You with songs by Peggy Lee, Irving Berlin, Gershwin and others from the Great American Songbook will be performing songs from the CD. Jazz Times said that "Judy Carmichael exhibits a truly remarkable ability to channel Peggy Lee's breathy invitingness and her befogged insouciance. (She also) echoes the intense perspicacity of the solo albums of Annie Ross. In other words, she winningly blends two of the all-time finest, most intuitive jazz singers."
