The Major Case Bureau reports a Grand Larceny Arrest at 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 for an incident that occurred in Uniondale.
According to Robbery Squad Detectives, Defendant Nicole Simeona, 43, of 72 Woodside Avenue Freeport while working in her capacity in the accounts payable office for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions in Uniondale had access to company credit cards.
From February 23, 2021 to February 17, 2023, the defendant initiated approximately seventy-seven fraudulent transactions totaling more than $347,300.00 US currency and also used PayPal to pay two fraudulent transactions for approximately $7,995.00 US currency.
The fraudulent payment transactions were transferred into an account belonging only to the Defendant.
Defendant Nicole Simeona is charged with Grand Larceny 2nd Degree and will be arraigned on Thursday, September 7, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
