North Babylon Convenience Store Worker Arrested for Selling Vape Products to a Minor, Cops Say

Suffolk County Police arrested a man for selling a flavored vape product to a person under the age of 21 on Monday, September 9 in North Babylon.
 
In response to community complaints, First Precinct Crime Section officers, along with First Precinct Patrol officers, conducted an investigation into the sale of vape products to a minor at Milk N’ Things, located at 1287 Deer Park Ave. at approximately 3 p.m. Numerous flavored vape products were seized from the business.
 
The employee, Ashish Brahmbhatt, was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor.
 
Brahmbhatt, 36, of North Babylon, was issued a Field Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on September 27.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
