Driver Strikes and Kills Pedestrian then Collides with a Building in Oceanside
The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident involving a pedestrian that occurred on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 1:41 pm in Oceanside.
According to detectives, a 67-year-old male operating a 2018 Ford Edge, struck a male pedestrian, 61, before colliding with a building at 3618 Oceanside Road.
The male pedestrian suffered severe trauma and was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased by a staff physician.
No other injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
