ELEVATED RISK OF FIRE SPREAD Increasing northwest winds and drying low levels will create conditions more conducive for fire spread today into early this evening. Relative humidity is expected to decrease to near 25 to 30 percent this afternoon into early this evening, while wind gusts increase to 35 to 45 mph. An isolated gust to 50 mph will be possible. These conditions would likely aid fire spread if ignition occurs. Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged, and residents are urged to exercise caution if handling any potential ignition sources, such as machinery, cigarettes, or matches. The annual statewide burn ban is in effect until May 14. No burn permits are issued. Victoria Foster has been missing from her home in Levittown since August 30th, 2016.

A Levittown family is still searching for a young girl, 15-year-old Victoria Foster, who has been missing since Tuesday, August 30th.
 
Victoria was last seen by her mother, Nancy Foster, at 4:00 p.m. on the 30th as Victoria left their residence on Stonecutter Road by foot. It is not known where Nancy was headed at the time. Victoria is described as Caucasian, 5'8" and 170 lbs with brown eyes, straight red hair, and piercings on her nose and tongue.  
 

Victoria Foster was last seen on August 30th, 2016.
 
Anyone who has seen Victoria or may have information concerning her whereabouts is asked to contact the Missing Persons Squad, which can be reached directly at 516-573-7347, or by calling 911.
 
Nancy has said that she wants Victoria to know "that her Mother loves and misses her, and wants her home."
