2022 Fall Events at Clark Botanic Garden in Albertson

The Clark Botanic Garden in Albertson has a wide selection of events for this fall. Participants are encouraged to sign up for one of many lectures and events that are held each month.

 

Upcoming events include:

 

The Marie Jensen Bick Herb Day Lecture: An English Tea - The event will celebrate the 2022 Herb of the Year Viola and will feature a tea cup exchange, tea sandwiches and sweets along with raffles. Reservations are due by Wednesday, September 14. $40 for Auxiliary Members and $45 for Non-Members. When: Wednesday, September 21 at 12pm.

 

The Beauty of the Fall Garden - Vinnie Simeone, noted garden writer and lecturer, currently Director of Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park, will lead participants around the garden, highlighting the many wonders of the fall garden on Long Island. Workshop fee is $10 per person. When: Sunday, October 16, 1-3pm.

 

Autumn Luncheon & Artisan Boutique – Enjoy lunch, raffles, artisan wares, and a garden tour led by Master Horticulturist Bonnie Klein. Reservations are due by Monday, October 10. $45 for Auxiliary Members and $50 for Non-Members. When: Wednesday, October 19 from 11am-3pm.

 

Proceeds from these events go toward the Fanny Dwight Clark Memorial Garden Inc., which works to help preserve the Clark legacy as a thriving botanic garden for the community.
