A new fusion taco joint is opening in Patchogue, according to an article in GreaterPatchogue.com. Heading east from Nassau, Dirty Taco + Tequila already has three locations: Rockville Centre, Wantagh, and Woodbury.
This would be their first Suffolk County locale.
According to their website, Dirty Taco + Tequila is inspired by Los Angeles taco trucks and Miami liquor stands, a twist on the typical taco puting Asian elements into their menu.
Their street taco offerings are many, which includes Korean short rib, kung pao chicken and thai meatball.
The plus tequila portion means you can grab a cocktail along with your favorite taco. They have a variety of house-made margaritas, sangria, and others including their Cocojito, a blend of coconut rum, mint, lime and coconut creme, or their Sweet +Smokey, tainted chipotle tequila, pineapple juice, fresh lime and agave.
Dirty Taco + Tequila will take over the former spot of Indigo Restaurant and Bar.
