Merrick, NY - September 15th, 2015 - The Seventh Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 6:30 am in Merrick.
According to detectives, a male subject entered the Mobil gas station located at 1589 Merrick Road displayed a black handgun and demanded money. The 45 year old male victim complied and the subject fled the scene in a maroon colored Nissan Rogue, northbound onto the Meadowbrook State Parkway.
Proceeds were an undetermined amount of US currency. There were no reported injuries. The subject is described as a male hispanic in his early twenties.
