Nassau Events Center Unveils Its "Long Island Taste" Program for the New Coliseum

The program will bring familiar local flavor, ranging from recently launched operations that have built buzz to tradition-rich institutions to Nassau Coliseum.
Uniondale, NY - September 16, 2016 - Nassau Events Center is unveiling its “Long Island Taste” program for the new Coliseum. The program will bring familiar local flavor, ranging from recently launched operations that have built buzz to tradition-rich institutions to Nassau Coliseum. They will be looking for a variety of fares that fit into the Long Island theme.
This Long Island Taste event will take place on Tuesday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Long Island Marriott. Interested vendors can drop by and speak to representatives from sponsorship and marketing teams about the opportunities as there are varied levels available.
In addition to putting their products in front of thousands of fans at each event, Long Island Taste vendors will receive full marketing support from Nassau Coliseum, something that they will no doubt find to be an extremely valuable resource.
There are certain criteria that vendors must meet, including:

Business operating a minimum of two years.

A food concept that can be executed in a venue environment, both attractive and affordable to visitors.

A complement to other offerings that define our Long Island food and beverage culture.

Operation working under Good Manufacturing Practices.

Proper facility inspections conducted under facility jurisdiction.

Long Island based company or New York based company with heavy presence on Long Island.
