West Babylon, NY - September 20th, 2013 - RELEASE UPDATE: Suffolk County Police have arrested a Bay Shore man for a shooting that seriously injured a man in West Babylon on September 16. First Squad detectives charged Shameek Hutchinson, 17, of Union Boulevard, with Assault 1st Degree and Criminal Use of a Firearm 1st Degree. Hutchinson was arrested yesterday and is scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip today. The investigation is continuing.
