Islip, NY - September 25, 2013 - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from General Electric Company for a site known as the Former Baron Blakeslee Site, site ID #C152204. This site is located in the Town of Islip, within the County of Suffolk, and is located at 86 Cleveland Avenue, Bay Shore, NY 11706.

Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than October 25, 2013. The application is available for review at:
