Suffolk County SPCA Detectives Charge A Shirley Man With Animal Cruelty
Shirley, NY - September 26, 2017 - Michael Milone, 60, of Shirley, NY was charged with animal neglect for leaving his 8 year old pit bull named Convict confined in a motor vehicle without ventilation or water resulting in severe heat stroke. The canine had to be humanely euthanized to prevent further suffering.
Malone is due in First District Court in Central Islip on November 28, 2017.
