CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Man Wanted by NCPD for Breaking into Franklin Square Church, Emptying Donation Box

The Fifth Squad reports the details of a Burglary that occurred on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 9:50 PM in Franklin Square.
 
According to detectives, an unknown male suspect unlawfully entered St. Catherine of Sienna Church located at 990 Holzheimer Street by forcing open a locked basement door. While inside, the suspect pried open a donation box and removed unknown proceeds. The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction. 
 
 
The suspect is described as a male Black, approximately 5’10” with a thin build, wearing a white hat with a blue brim, brown sweater, black pants and a black face covering. 
 
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above incident to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
