First Squad Detectives reports the arrest of a Roosevelt woman on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12:18 am for an incident that occurred in Bellmore.
 
According to detectives, a male victim, 51, discovered on June 26, 2023 at 7:33 pm that there were two (2) fraudulent charges on his credit card. 
 
A thorough investigation by detectives led to the arrest of Shaday Lawrence, 25, of 98 Hudson Avenue who had been working as a home health aide for the victim.
 
Shaday Lawrence is charged with Forgery 2nd Degree, Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree, Petit Larceny, Unlawful Possession of Personal ID 3rd Degree and Identity Theft 3rd Degree. She will be arraigned on Friday, September 29, 2023 at First District Court, Hempstead.
