Massapequa Park, NY - October 3rd, 2014 - The Narcotics/Vice Bureau reports the arrest of an Amityville man for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Thursday, October 2, 2014 in Massapequa Park.
According to detectives, on Thursday October 2, 2014 detectives conducted a narcotics investigation at which time the defendant Dominique D. Lawrence 24, of Glenmalure Street did sell an undisclosed amount of heroin to undercover detectives at 6:00 p.m. and again at 9:47 p.m. on Carmen Road in Massapequa. The defendant was placed under arrest without incident.
Lawrence is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree. He will be arraigned on Friday October 3, 2014 at First District Court in Hempstead.
