14-Year-Old Female Pedestrian Seriously Injured after Struck by Vehicle in Levittown
Eighth Squad Detectives report the details of a Serious Vehicular Accident involving a pedestrian that occurred on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 3:50 pm in Levittown.
According to detectives, a female pedestrian, 14, was struck on Division Avenue north of Church Road by a 2016 Mazda, being operated by a 34-year-old male.
As a result of the collision, the female pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was transported by a Nassau County Police Department Aviation Helicopter to an area hospital for treatment. She is currently listed in stable condition.
The driver remained at the scene.
No further injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
