Long Island Fall Festival 2019
Heckscher Park, Huntington
The largest of its kind in the Northeast, the Long Island Fall Festival has become the premiere event for family fun. Brought to you by the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Huntington, this event is held annually during Columbus Day weekend and attracts tens of thousands of families from all over the New York tri-state area to the 25 acres of Heckscher Park in Huntington. Attractions include: four stages of entertainment, a world-class carnival, hundreds of arts and craft vendors, international food courts, beer and wine tent, a farmer’s market, and numerous activities designed especially for young children.
Montauk's 38th Fall Festival & Clam Chowder Contest
Montauk Village Green, 745 Montauk Hwy, Montauk
Live music, Long Island beers and wine, Octoberfest foods, farmers' Market and more. Clam Chowder Contest Saturday only at 11am. Mugs will go on sale at the Chamber office on Friday October 11th or they can be purchased the morning of the contest. Your purchase includes two cups of chowder. The contest is Saturday only, but there will be chowder for sale on Sunday at the food concession.
Main Street, Riverhead
The Annual Riverhead Country Fair has been held for over 40 years. Thousands of people will visit the fair that spans along Main Street to the Peconic Riverfront on Sunday, October 13th.
White Post Farms Fall Farm Festival

Pumpkin picking, six shows, (The Great Stage Show, Tricks For Treats Exotic Bird Show, Mutts Gone Nuts, Nick's Kids Show, The Magic of Jim McClenahan, Anastasini Variety Show), sing-a-long hayrides, bounce ‘n slides, animal farm, singin’ chicken show, animal farm jamboree show.
