Freeport, NY - October 8, 2018 - Defendant Ever L. Martinez Reyes, 24, of Roosevelt was arrested for a Sexual Assault that occurred on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 1:30 a.m. in Freeport.
According to detectives, a 36 year-old female was walking on Parsons Ave. when she was attacked by Reyes. The subject struck her in the face, knocking her unconscious. When she woke up, she realized she was being sexually assaulted. Reyes then fled in an unknown direction.
The female was transported to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation.
He is charged with two counts of Rape 1st Degree, two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Assault 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, October 06, 2018 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
