The Fourth Squad reports the details of a Burglary that occurred on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 3:13 am in Oceanside.
According to Detectives, Fourth Precinct Officers responded to Ocean Cigar and Vape, located at 3015 Long Beach Road, for an alarm. Upon arrival officers observed a shattered side door at the location.
The store owner responded to the scene and after an extensive investigation it was revealed that a grey Kia pull into the parking lot of the location. Four subjects exited the vehicle and used a large rock to break the side glass door.
The four subjects entered the location and removed approximately 500.00 USC from a cash register and approximately 73 cases of New York Lottery scratch-off tickets. The four subjects entered the Kia and drove off northbound on Long Beach Road.
The investigation is ongoing.
Subject one was wearing yellow and black sweatshirt and blue sweatpants. Subject two was wearing a black Nike sweatshirt and grey pants. Subject three was wearing a black North Face jacket and grey sweatpants. Subject four was wearing grey sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.
