The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest for a Robbery that occurred on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at 11:50 am in Oceanside.
According to Robbery Squad Detectives, Defendant Joseph C. Dahmen, 38, of 73 Illinois Avenue, Long Beach, entered the TD Bank located at 247 Long Beach Road, approached a female teller and produced a demand note for US currency.
The teller complied and the subject fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of proceeds. Subsequent to the investigation, the defendant was located with assistance from the Long Beach Police Department and placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Joseph C. Dahmen is charged with Robbery 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Monday, October 10, 2022 in First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
