Roslyn, NY - October 11th, 2014 - The Third Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 3:45 p.m. in Roslyn.
According to detectives, a 62 year old female activated her automatic garage door to her Bridal Path home and proceeded to drive her vehicle inside the garage. As she exited her car two male blacks entered the garage. One subject grabbed the victim from behind as the second subject demanded her jewelry and money.
The subjects fled with the proceeds in a blue Jeep Cherokee with grey body side molding driven by an unknown third subject. One subject is described as 6 feet tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, khaki shorts, and sneakers.The other subject was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark sweat pants and black sneakers. No injuries were reported.
