Capriotti's Sandwich Shop opened their first Long Island location recently in the Hauppauge Shopping Center. Capriotti’s is a national chain headquartered in Nevada and has over 170 locations nationwide. They had their grand opening on August 30 and since then reviewers have been singing the praises of the sandwich shop.

 

A favorite of Capriotti's seems to be The Bobbie, with slow-roasted turkey topped with cranberry sauce, handmade stuffing and mayo. It’s like Thanksgiving on a hero. The American Wagyu Cheese Steak is another top choice with American Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms and prepared with mushrooms, onions and white American cheese.

 

On Google, reviewers were psyched to find Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Open locally.

 

James said that you “absolutely gotta get the hot Bobbie. Delicious! Place is brand new, select seating with a couple of tables outdoors.”

 

Another reviewer named John compared it to the one in Las Vegas.

 

“I ate at Capriotti‘s many times when I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years,” he said. “I was pleasantly surprised to find that their location here on Long Island has the same high quality standards as I was used to. The Bobbie, American Wagyu beef and sausage and pepper sandwiches were delicious.”
