Island Park, NY - October 17, 2017 - The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of an Island Park man for a Burglary that occurred at 11:28pm on Monday, September 18, 2017 in Island Park.
 
According to Detectives, defendant Albert C. Garfield, 51, did enter the A and T Garden Center located at 4373 Austin Boulevard and removed two garden fountains and a metal garden ornament valued at approximately $970.00 US currency. No injuries were reported. The defendant was placed into custody without incident at 11:30pm on Monday, October 16, 2017.
 
Defendant Albert C. Garfield is charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
