NCPD Arrest Two For Sale of Alcohol to Minors
Wantagh, NY - October 18, 2014 - Seventh Precinct officers report the arrest of two individuals during a “Project 21” initiative that was conducted on October 17, 2014.
The following defendants sold alcohol to an underage agent:
- Kim Yoonsoon, 60, of 3417 Lufberry Avenue, Wantagh from Cherrywood Wine Inc., 1152 Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh.
- Sharath Thota, 23, of 471 S. Broadway, Hicksville from Discount Liquors, 1310 Hicksville Road, N. Massapequa.
Both defendants are charged with Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a Person Under the Age of 21. They were both released on Appearance Tickets and are due to respond to First District Court, Hempstead on 10/29/2014.
