Valley Stream, NY - October 18, 2017 - The Major Case Bureau reports the details of an arrest of a Queens man for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 5:30 pm in Valley Stream.
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into a non-fatal overdose that occurred in Nassau County led to the arrest of Anthony Espinal, 28, of Corona.
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives placed the defendant under arrest on the above listed date and time. Espina is being charged with four (4) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, September 18, 2017 in First District Court, Hempstead.
