Legislator Anker Announces Renaissance Village Now Open in Middle Island

Middle Island, NY - October 18, 2017 - On Monday, October 16, Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for Renaissance Village in Middle Island. Concern for Independent Living, the Middle Island Civic Association, and elected officials gathered for the grand opening of the new supportive and affordable housing development, which includes 123 units for individuals and families.

“I was pleased to join Concern for Independent Living at the ribbon cutting ceremony for Renaissance Village in Middle Island, which will provide 123 individuals and families with housing, giving a preference to our local veterans,” said Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker. “This housing project has received immense support from the surrounding communities, as Ralph Fasano and Concern for Independent Living are praised for their work and positive contributions throughout Suffolk County.”
