As an ongoing effort to recruit new talent, the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office will be holding a Q&A event on Tuesday, October 22 at 6:00pm at the Yaphank Correctional Facility.  

The free event offers a new perspective on career paths within the Sheriff’s Office with personal presentations from Correction Officers and Deputy Sheriffs of different ranks and units.

In addition to highlighting the diverse opportunities that the Sheriff’s Office offers, participants will be able to ask candid questions about the careers and benefits of the job.  Light refreshments will be served.
