Centereach, NY - October 29th, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole a cell phone from a Centereach store.

A man stole a Samsung Galaxy cell phone from Walmart, located at 161 Centereach Mall, on October 6, 2014, at approximately 2:45 p.m. The man fled the parking lot in a green Chrysler minivan.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
