Hofstra Women’s Rugby Running Kickstarter Campaign to Help Get to NCR Regionals
For the first time the Hofstra Women’s rugby team is headed to Virginia for the NCR regional small college playoffs this weekend, November 10, 11, and 12!
As a team, they have worked incredibly hard for this opportunity and they are asking for he public's help with travel fees and hotel costs, according to a Kickstarter campaign that they are currently running.
"We would appreciate any help as this team is mostly self funded," the Kickstarter page reads. "For the past season we have faced issues with fields being closed, a lack of medical personnel, and push back from multiple different avenues. Any contribution helps!"
