One Long Islander is a cool $50,000 richer after scoring a winning lottery ticket at a Long Island Convenience Store.
According to New York State Lottery officials, the third-prize winning Powerball ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven store located at 33 Middle Country Road in Coram.
The ticket was purchased for the Monday, November 6 drawing, and the lucky winner has up to one year from that date to claim their dough.
