Village of Hempstead Celebrates the Hispanic Counseling Center's 39th Annual Gala

Hempstead, NY - November 9, 2016 - Village of Hempstead Deputy Mayor Luis Figueroa recently celebrated the Hispanic Counseling Center’s (HCC) 39^th annual gala to recognize extraordinary individuals in the community. During the event Deputy Mayor Figueroa honored local Hispanic leaders for their dedicated service on behalf of the Hispanic community. The HCC provides bilingual, bicultural counseling, prevention, vocational and educational services to support members of the Hispanic community.
