Southold Candlelight Tour & Tree Lighting - Please join us for the Annual Candlelight Tour & Tree Lighting. This beloved community event features magical holiday decorations, historic demonstrations, children’s games, and music. You can also visit Santa in the barn! This event is free. Donations gladly accepted. Location: Southold Historical Museum Maple Lane Complex, 55200 Main Road, Southold. When: November 24th at 3pm.
Northport Village Lighting of Village Christmas Tree & Caroling - Location: 63 Bayview Ave, Northport. When: November 24th at 7pm.
Lighting the Montauk Lighthouse - The fun begins at around dusk, with free hot chocolate courtesy of Hamptons Coffee, and live, singalong holiday music from Sarah Conway and the Playful Souls, as we await the main event: the lighting of the light! This year’s honoree is Montauk Harbor Legend, “Admiral” Ed Michaels. There is no charge for this event, although the Montauk Historical Society does appreciate your donations. Location: Montauk Lighthouse. When: November 25th at 4pm.
Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Bayard Cutting Arboretum - Everyone is welcome to participate in a sing-a-long of traditional holiday carols while awaiting the arrival of Santa Claus. Upon his arrival, Santa will light the tree for the 2023 holiday season. Hot beverages will be served outside after Santa lights the tree. All activities will take place outside so dress accordingly. The Manor House will not be open. In the spirit of giving, please bring canned goods or a new, unwrapped toy for those in need in our community. Bellmore's Christmas Tree Lighting - Festivities will include Christmas Tree Lighting (7 PM), Visit from Santa, Live Nativity, Festive Holiday Music, Horse & Carriage Rides* (6-9 PM), Trolley rides through the community* (6-10 PM), Refreshments. Location: Bellmore Village Veterans' Memorial: corner of Bedford Ave & Broadway/Pettit Ave. When: December 1st at 6pm.
Brookhaven Town Christmas Tree Lighting - Kick off the holiday season at the Town of Brookhaven 2023 Christmas Tree Lighting – complete with holiday entertainment, along with Santa’s traditional arrival via helicopter. Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery & Aquarium Tree Lighting - Santa Claus will light the Hatchery’s Christmas Tree at 5:30pm. Where: 1660 Route 25A, Cold Spring Harbor. When: December 2nd at 5:30pm.
Port Jefferson Station Annual Community Tree Lighting - Santa arrives by firetruck, free hot chocolate and cookies. Where: PJST Chamber Train Car, Rt 112 & Rt 347, Port Jefferson Station. When: December 2nd at 6pm.

2023 Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Belmont Lake State Park - Join us for the annual lighting of the tree by Santa on the front lawn of the Headquarters Building in Babylon. There will be live holiday music and an ice sculptor, juggler, refreshments and fireworks. The public can also visit with Santa inside the lobby of the Headquarters Building. Location: Belmont Lake State Park, Southern State Parkway, Exit 38, North Babylon. When: December 2nd at 4pm.
Oakdale Christmas Tree Lighting - Bring family and friends to enjoy this lovely annual Christmas gathering. You’ll get to see us and hear us sing some Christmas music, in 4-part a cappella harmony. There’ll be hot cocoa, cookies, the tree lighting and a visit from Santa. Location: Oakdale Train Station. When: December 2nd at 3pm.
Holiday Tree Lighting with Santa at The Shoppes - 7th Annual Tree Lighting! Join us on Saturday December 2 for our annual holiday tree lighting! Stop by to put a letter in Santa’s mailbox* , enjoy our live DJ entertainment with LI Sound Entertainment and dance number by All Star Dance Academy, Ride Rudolph on the Carousel and more holiday fun including holiday shopping. Santa arrives on a Wading River Fire Department Fire Truck at 6pm to light the tree. Bring a new unwrapped toy to support Toys for Tots and the US Marines and bring your camera to take a free photo with Santa. Admission is free. Location: 5768 NY-25A, Wading River. 2023 Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Orient Beach State Park - Join us in lighting the tree at our annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Orient Beach State Park. The tree is lit by Santa and then he will be available for pictures afterwards. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served. In the spirit of the season the Park will be collecting winter coats and non-perishable food items for families in need. Location: Orient Beach State Park, 40000 Main Road, Orient.
