2023 Guide to Holiday Festivals

We picked these Long Island festivals to get you in the holiday mood this season. Enjoy exhibits, music, food and fun for all ages.

 

LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival - This year’s theme, “Wonder Journey” will deliver state-of-the-art production that brings art, light, and color to life through remarkable displays! Location: Eisenhower Park, 1899 Park Blvd, East Meadow. When: November 9th to January 7th, 2024.

 

Mount Sinai Craftsfair - Mount Sinai Annual Craftfair & Holiday Market will be held on Saturday, November 18 2023. The fair will host up to 100 vendors selling antiques, bath and body care, wood working, art, candles, home decor, crafts, holiday gifts and more. Location: Mount Sinai Middle School, 114 N Country Road, Mount Sinai. When: November 18th from 10am to 4pm.

 

Country Parlor Holiday Folk Art & Gift Show - The North Fork’s most unique holiday show of fine folk artists and craftspeople. Country Parlor Holiday Folk Art and Gift Show returns to the North Fork for just one special weekend. Location: Hallockville Museum Farm, 6038 Sound Ave, Riverhead. When: November 24th to November 26th.

 

Holiday Market at The Better Man Distilling Company - Join us for our 3rd Annual Holiday Market! Featuring over 50 local vendors, artists, and makers, you'll be able to find gifts for everyone on your list. Plus food trucks, live music by Brother Dave, and doggy Grinch photos. Location: The Better Man Distilling Company, 161 River Ave, Patchogue. When: November 26th at 1pm.

 

2023 Port Jefferson Santa Parade & Visit - Start the Holiday Season off by attending the 2023 Port Jefferson Santa Parade & Visit! The Santa Parade will be at 3pm on Main Street. After the parade, visit Santa in the Port Jefferson Village Center - 101 E. Broadway - until 6pm. Location: Port Jefferson Village, Main Street, Port Jefferson. When: November 26th from 3-6pm.

 

2023 Festival of Trees - See beautifully decorated trees by local businesses, groups, and nonprofits! Open to viewing at the Port Jefferson Village Center from December 1st - January 2nd, 2024. Location: Port Jefferson Village Center, 101 East Broadway, Port Jefferson. When: December 1st - January 2nd.

 

Deer Park Tanger Outlet Holiday Festival - Kick off the Holiday Season with Tanger Outlets Deer Park at our Annual Holiday Festival & Tree Lighting! Enjoy festive fun and merry moments for the entire family - find all the fun at the BIG Christmas Tree by J. Crew! Help us bring our Tree to life with a magical countdown led by Santa at 6pm. Location: 152 The Arches Cir, Deer Park. When: November 18th at 2pm.

 

Southold Historical Museum Holiday Fair- This a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season and to find some unique gift items from a variety of vendors and talented local artisans. A “Holiday Auction” will feature gift baskets for all ages. Take a chance to win one for yourself or to give as a holiday gift. There will be a bake sale and ‘café’ for snacks, as well as crafts for children. Families won’t want to miss a visit with Santa who will be on hand to greet children from 11am-1pm. Admission to the event is free. Location: Southold Historical Museum, 970 Peconic Lane, Peconic. When: December 2nd from 9am to 4pm.

 

Holiday Vendor Fair - 30 AMAZING Vendors, SANTA, Greek Food and Greek Pastries and Raffles at the Vendor Fair. Location: St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 200 Great East Neck Rd, West Babylon. When: Saturday, December 2nd from 12-5pm.

 

Old Fashioned Christmas Fair - Mattituck Presbyterian Church will hold its annual Old Fashioned Christmas Fair on Saturday, December 2nd, between 9 AM and 2 PM. Featuring Christmas crafts, gifts and gift baskets, homemade foods and cookies, wood crafts, wreaths, plants, and a children’s shopping room. Lunch is available for purchase, and there will be a visit from Santa! Please join us—something for everyone! Location: 12605 Main Rd, Mattituck. When: December 2nd at 9am.

 

Holiday Festival at Stony Brook Village - The Ward Melville Heritage Organization’s 44th Annual Holiday Festival will return on December 3rd, 2023 from Noon to 6pm. Location: Stony Brook Village Center, 111 Main Street, Stony Brook. When: December 3rd from Noon to 6pm.

 

Toys for Tots Toy Drive - Guests are asked to donate unwrapped toys for donation to benefit local children in need this holiday season & stay for a fun filled evening featuring Photos with Santa by ADA Studio, Live Music by Body Rock Entertainment, Dance Performances by North Shore Dance. Advance registration is required. Location: Fox Hollow, 7725 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury. When: December 6th from 6:30-8pm.

 

Christmas Craft Fair - Location: Grace United Methodist Church, 515 S Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst. When: December 9th from 9am-3pm.

 

2nd Annual Holiday Pawlooza - Dog and family friendly event including vendors, live music, drinks, food truck, adoptable dogs, photos with Santa, and more! Location: Twin Fork Beer Co, 807 Raynor Avenue, Riverhead. When: December 9th to 10th from 1pm to 5pm.

 

Holiday Princess Tea Party - Holiday fun for the entire family. Performing live on stage are Cinderella, Snow White, The Sugar Plum Fairy and Santa will be tap dancing. Bring your camera to take photos with the princesses and Santa.  Join the princesses and their friends for a tea party including cupcakes, candy canes, hot chocolate and more. Location: Ballet Long Island, 1863 Pond Rd, Ronkonkoma. When: December 9th from 1-2:30pm.
