Tragic Farmingdale Auto Accident Results in Death of 41-Year-Old Male Bicyclist
The Homicide Squad reports the details of a fatal auto accident that occurred on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 5:05 a.m. in Farmingdale.
According to Detectives, a 37-year-old male operating a 2008 Honda CRV, was involved in a collision with a 41-year-old male bicyclist. The Honda was heading southbound on Fulton Street when it struck the bicyclist at the intersection of Staples Street.
The bicyclist was pronounced at 5:11 a.m. by a Police Medic at the scene. The driver remained at the scene and was transported to a local area hospital for minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
