Mineola, NY - November 17, 2014 - Nassau County Presiding Officer Norma Gonsalves and Police Commissioner Thomas C. Krumpter will join PBA President James Carver in honoring two cops that demonstrated outstanding and exemplary service on the job. They apprehended an armed criminal and saved a local residents life.

The ''Cop of the Month'' ceremony will take place on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building located at 1550 Franklin Avenue, Mineola, NY. It is being co-sponsored by Nassau County Legislature and the Nassau County P.B.A
