Farmingdale, NY - December 4, 2016 - The Second Squad is investigating an Assault that occurred in Farmingdale on Sunday, December 04, 2016 at 4:47 am.

According to detectives, a 23 year old victim was walking in the rear parking lot of 293 Main Street when he observed two unknown males fighting. The victim intervened at which time one male ran off and the other male then began arguing with the victim. After scratching the victim in the face, the male subject displayed a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the upper right arm causing a puncture wound. The subject then fled on foot north towards Conklin Street. The injuries are non-life threatening.

The subject is described as male, Hispanic, 20 – 25 years of age, 5’4” tall, thin build, brown hair, white shirt, red baseball cap, dark sweater.
