Man Arrested for Multiple Accounts of Public Lewdness

Brentwood, NY - December 8, 2014 - Suffolk County police have arrested a man that exposed himself to two girls on two separate occasions in October.

On October 20, 2014, a man in a gray 1999 Chevrolet Suburban was driving on Madison Avenue in Brentwood when he called over an 11-year-old girl. When the girl approached, the man exposed himself.  On October 22, 2014 the man was in his Suburban on Pandora Drive in Brentwood and called over a 12-year-old girl and once again exposed himself as the victim approached.

After a thorough investigation, Third Squad detectives arrested Oscar Ortiz-Ibanez at his residence approximately 11:30 p.m. Ortiz-Ibanez, 39, of 190 Depot Road, Huntington, was charged with two counts of Public Lewdness and two counts of Child Endangerment.

The investigation is continuing.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
