Oceanside, NY - December 9, 2015 - Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano presented a Citation to Joe DiDominica of Dees’ Nursery & Florist in Oceanside in honor of his continued support of the United States Armed Forces servicemen and women. For the 12th consecutive year, family-owned and operated Dees’ has shipped hundreds of live Christmas trees to troops stationed overseas in celebration of the holiday season.
This year, more than 2,000 trees were shipped with the help of DHL Logistics, Adelis International Security and The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) of New York.
