Mangano And Nicolello Announces Restoration Of Mineola Avenue

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano and Legislator Richard Nicolello today announced that Mineola Avenue, in the Roslyn area, is being resurfaced as a part of “Operation Restore Our Roadways.”

Roslyn, NY - Decemberr 10, 2015 - Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano and Legislator Richard Nicolello today announced that Mineola Avenue, in the Roslyn area, is being resurfaced as a part of “Operation Restore Our Roadways.”

The Mineola Avenue milling and resurfacing project takes place from Northern Boulevard (25A) to Warner Avenue. The resurfacing of Mineola Avenue will be completed the week of December 14th, weather permitting.

“Mineola Avenue is a main roadway that connects the Northwest corner of Nassau County to parkways and the center of our County,” said County Executive Mangano. “It is imperative that we continue to improve our roadways for the safety of our residents and our communities.”

“I was happy to work with the community and the County Executive to get this repaving project done on Mineola Ave. It is sorely needed,” said Legislator Nicolello.
