Pictured is the victim, Daniel Flammia, 47, who was killed in a hit and run accident in Riverhead last month. Help police identify or locate the driver.

Riverhead, NY - December 13, 2016 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Riverhead last month.
 
Daniel Flammia was walking on the shoulder of Oliver Street, 300 feet south of Old Country Road, on November 5 at approximately 6 p.m., when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. 
 
Flammia, 47, was transported to Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead and died from his injuries on November 17.
