Duo Wanted for Franklin Square Bank Heist

Franklin Square, NY - December 15th, 2014 - The Major Offense Bureau reports the details of a Bank Robbery that occurred on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 9:55 a.m. in Franklin Square.

According to Robbery Squad Detectives, two male subjects entered the Chase Manhattan Bank, 654 Franklin Avenue and verbally demanded money.  After obtaining an undetermined amount of U.S. currency, both subjects fled out the rear door across the creek bed towards Arley Court.

  • Subject #1 was described as male black, 5’10”, wearing a winter cap, mask, a red long sleeved shirt and Adidas sweatpants and was armed with a handgun.
  • Subject #2 was described as 5’7”, wearing a Chicago Bulls baseball cap, mask, white long sleeved shirt and dark pants.

During the incident there were 7 employees and 3 customers present.  No injuries were reported.
