An office park with 7,000 square feet of space is being planned for a 1.81-acre lot on the corner of Route 25A and Gertrude Goodman Drive in Mount Sinai. (A site plan mislabels the corner lot as being on Route 25A and Mount Sinai Avenue.) The lot is adjacent to the entrance of Mount Sinai School district campus (east of the entrance) and east of the Mount Sinai Post Office on the northside of the road at 515 Route 25A.
According to records filed with Brookhaven Town Planning Board two one-story buildings are planned for the site with a total of five offices. The building that will face Route 25A will house three offices and another building that will face Gertrude Goodman Drive will house two offices.

The plans call for a 81-space parking lot. The exterior of the buildings will be clapboard style HardiePlank siding with AZEK trim and a cultured stone base.
No date of construction has been given.
The lot has been cleared and fenced in for about five years and plans for the site were submitted as far back as 2018. Prior to that there was a party and equipment rental business on the site, which has been torn down.
