Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of two North New Hyde Park males for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance that occurred between Wednesday, October 23, 2024 through Thursday, December 10, 2024.
According to Detectives, an extensive investigation into narcotics sales and criminal activity throughout Nassau County was conducted. During the investigation the following individuals were arrested for various crimes that occurred within the aforementioned timeframe:
Jack Acquafredda, 22, of 1630 Gilford Avenue, is charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, five counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, two counts of a Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of Cannabis 3rd Degree.
Patrick Acquafredda, 31, of 1630 Gilford Avenue, is charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, four counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and seven counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, four counts of Criminal Sale of Cannabis 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of Cannabis 2nd Degree.
Both defendants will be arraigned on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
