The First Squad reports the arrest of an East Meadow man for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. in East Meadow.
 
According to Detectives, Officers responded to 1884 Mckinley Avenue to assist Nassau County Probation Officers with a probation visit. Defendant Benjamin Ramirez Munoz, 22, of 234 Grand Boulevard in Westbury, was living at Mckinley Avenue illegally, in violation of his probation. Officers discovered cocaine, heroin, U.S. Currency, and a loaded .38 caliber handgun. Defendant Munoz was arrested without incident. 
 
Defendant Munoz is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, four counts of Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, and violating his Probation.
