Hempstead, NY - December 20th, 2013 - The Crimes Against Property Squad reports the Arrest of a Brooklyn man that occurred on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 10:35 A.M.

According to detectives, defendant Erol Desire, age 49 of 224 Highland Boulevard Apartment 304 was employed for a company located within Nassau County. On five separate dates between July 2013 and October 2013 the defendant was captured on video removing U.S. currency from bank deposits. The total amount taken was in excess of $71,000.00.
 
Desire was charged with Grand Larceny 2nd Degree and will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Saturday, December 21, 2013.
