The Village of Hempstead recently held a celebration to honor the 21st pastoral anniversary of Bishop E. Elliott.

Hempstead, NY - November 30,  2016 - The Village of Hempstead recently held a celebration to honor the 21st pastoral anniversary of Bishop E. Elliott. During the event, Deputy Mayor Luis Figueroa and Trustee Don Ryan congratulated Bishop Elliott on his anniversary and thanked him for his spiritual leadership in the Village of Hempstead. Elliott is the Bishop of the Antioch Baptist Church of Hempstead.
