Masssapequa, NY - December 27, 2015 - The Major Case Bureau is investigating a robbery that occurred in Massapequa on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at 12:36 P.M.
According to detectives, two male subjects, armed with a silver handgun, entered TD Bank located 4126 Merrick Rd., approached the teller and demanded money. The teller complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The subjects fled by unknown means. There were five employees and two customers in the bank at the time of the robbery.
No injuries were reported.
Both subjects are described as male blacks 25-30 years of age. Subject #1 was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, mask, and dark pants. Subject #2 was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, mask, gloves and light jeans. No further description is available.
