Suspect Wanted for Armed Robbery of Elmont Gas Station

Elmont, NY - December 30th, 2014 - Fourth Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Elmont on Monday, 12/19/14 at 9:50 P.M.

According to detectives, a male subject armed with a dark colored handgun, entered the Sunoco Gas Station located at 244 Linden Blvd., approached the attendant and then took an undisclosed amount of cash. The subject fled on foot northbound across Linden Blvd.

No injuries were reported.

The subject is described as a male black, 5’6” tall, approximately 200 lbs., wearing a black ski mask, gloves, black jacket, and grey hooded sweatshirt.  No further description is available at this time.
