PATCHY DENSE FOG BEFORE 900AM THIS MORNING Patchy dense fog has formed in different parts of the region early this morning. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less within the patchy dense fog. The fog is expected to dissipate by 900AM. Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility and allow for extra spacing between vehicles. Use low beam headlights.
