I love Dixie's Smokehouse barbeque sandwiches, I don’t know what their recipe is but the barbeque sauce is full of tangy flavor and the meat melts in your mouth.

The choices for barbecue on Long Island are few and far between, which gives Dixie's a monopoly on Southern/Western cooking in the small town of Kings Park, and they do a good job with it. I'm sure there are BBQ afficianados out there who would probably find some reason to dislike it, however, I'm quite fond of their pulled pork sandwich and just about everything else I've tried. They might be the only game in town, but I'd say it's a good game to have.
